Measure your HR work like a business function
HR resumes often list responsibilities - recruitment, payroll, employee engagement - without showing what changed. Leaders hire HR managers who move the numbers the business cares about: attrition, time to hire, offer acceptance and employee satisfaction.
Pick two or three metrics per role and show the before and after. 'Cut voluntary attrition from 21% to 14% in 18 months' tells the reader what you achieved and how big it was, and gives an interviewer something concrete to ask about.
